How much should I have?

The forever asked question, 0.5ml or 1ml?! A lot of people over estimate the difference that 1ml will make. 1ml of filler isn't even enough to fill a teaspoon so we would always recommend 1ml if you want to see a visible change, and 0.5ml for maintenance.
